Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on change-of-mind purchases.
Every order we sell is boutique and specific to the purchaser. Items are sold exactly as shown and described on our website, so please check the photos, product descriptions and sizing information carefully before you buy.
Hygiene
As our products are intimate apparel, they cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened or removed, for health and hygiene reasons.
Faulty or incorrect items
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, or we send you the wrong item, please contact us within [14] days of delivery at [email address] with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll review your claim and, where it’s valid, offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Damaged in transit
Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us promptly if anything is damaged.

14-Day Cancellation Right
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
Hygiene seal
For health and hygiene reasons, all our underwear is supplied in a sealed hygiene bag. This seal must not be broken for a cancellation or return to be accepted. Once the seal has been broken, the item cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described (see “Faulty or incorrect items” in our Returns & Refunds Policy).
Please don’t open the sealed bag until you’re sure you want to keep the item. Try on over your own clothing only if the item is fully sealed, and don’t remove the bag.
How to cancel
- Email us at info@facelessgoddess.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel. You can use any clear wording, or the form below.
- Send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with the hygiene seal intact and all tags attached.
